Singing into Being

A moment in the day to connect to grounding through vocalisation and integrative movement. If you are interested in exploring Alexander Technique in relation to singing and listening, please join us. Rosalie and Charlotte‘s workshops are a place to explore, celebrate and connect with your body and voice in community. Using the AT process, we will gently inquire into the stimulus of singing while recognising singing as movement, singing as thought, and singing as self-expression.
