Cancellation Policy
Before 3 April 2025:
85% of your registration fee will be refunded.
Until 3 June 2025:
50% of your registration fee will be refunded.
3 June 2025 till 3 July 2025:
15% of your registration fee will be refunded.
After 3 July 2025:
No refund will be available...
In order to cancel your registration, please contact us via email at [email protected] We will then issue the refund via the payment option you’ve chosen during registration, unless desired otherwise.
Of course, there can always be exceptional circumstances such as a death in the family or severe illness. So if things come up that are out of your control please feel free to email us to, and we will be happy to talk with you about your particular situation. Email us at [email protected]
Extraordinary Cancellation: Should any Act of God or pandemic or Dublin regulations make it very difficult or impossible to attend the congress then you can apply for a full refund (less a €50 administrative fee).
