ATCONGRESS DUBLIN LIMITED wants to ensure a clear relationship between you, the service user, and us, ATCONGRESS DUBLIN LIMITED. To this end, we kindly request that you embrace and comply with these terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before you submit any pre-booking or registration form/survey or join the E-mailing list. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide services to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. If you think that there is a mistake in these terms, please contact us.
ATCONGRESS DUBLIN LIMITED created www.atcongressdublin.com with the purpose of offering information about the 13th International Alexander Technique Congress in Dublin 2025, to give access to the Pre-booking form ((see “Pre-booking” section below), Registering, joining the E-mailing list or taking the Survey.

About Us
ATCONGRESS DUBLIN LIMITED is registered in Dublin, Ireland, with the sole scope of delivering the 13th International Alexander technique Congress in Dublin in 2025 and to deal with all the relevant associated aspects of it.
Pre-Registration
The pre-registration, registration or pre-booking is an agreement between service user and ATCONGRESS DUBLIN LIMITED. By completing the pre-booking form and paying 100 Euros will entitle you to an extra 100 euro discount once you complete your registration for the Congress. Or in other words, it’ll give a discount of the same amount. The data collected previously on the form will exclusively be used link the discount code to your name. The code is a string of letters and numbers you have received by email, to be used during the registration process, in the box labelled “Discount Code”.
You can cancel your pre-booking at any time (prior to registering for the Congress) by clicking the link at the bottom of your confirmation email. If you are unable to attend the Congress, you can also choose to transfer the pre-booking money to someone else (though not doubled), or you may decide to donate it towards special “sponsored tickets” we are offering to those who are in need of significant financial support in order to attend. Just send an email to [email protected] and we’ll sort it out with you.
Email List
The purpose of our email list is to inform about the Congress. Your name, email address and location are stored with our email partner mailchimp.com. Mailchimp’s terms of use and privacy policy apply here.
Please note that your name, country of origin, and email address will be shared with Fáilte Ireland, the National Tourism Development Authority. To secure some funding for the Congress, a completed post-event evaluation report is required, and their claims department may conduct random checks to verify delegate attendance after the conference.
Sponsored Tickets
During registration you are asked if you like to donate an additional amount into a special fund to support financially disadvantaged attendees. Donations will be collected during registration until 1 June 2025. The total amount collected will be divided amongst applicants to go towards their registration fees. Anyone who would like to come to the Congress but is in a difficult financial situation is able to apply for financial help – Sponsored Ticket. Application will be open for two weeks from 1 to 15 June 2024. Applications for sponsored tickets can submitted by email to [email protected].
Changes to Event and Cancellation
ATCONGRESS DUBLIN LIMITED may cancel this agreement at any time and for any reason whatsoever. If the Agreement is cancelled by ATCONGRESS DUBLIN LIMITED, 90% of the Pre-booking will be refunded to the service user. If for any reason the Congress is unable to run at the proposed time, or in the proposed location, then ATCONGRESS DUBLIN LIMITED will do its best to provide another similar solution. If this is not possible, ATCONGRESS DUBLIN LIMITED will, at its sole option, either reschedule the Congress or refund the Pre-booking and registration fee minus a 50 Euro administrative fee. The service user acknowledges and agrees that ATCONGRESS DUBLIN LIMITED reserves the right to reschedule or relocate the Congress at any time prior to that event without any liability arising from such a change except in accordance with these Terms.
If a participant wishes to cancel their registration they may do so by contacting us via email at [email protected]. Cancellation fees may apply as detailed in our Cancellation Policy.
In addition, we also offer an extraordinary Covid-19 cancellation option, should the pandemic or Dublin regulations make it difficult or impossible for a participant to attend the Congress. Participants may apply for a full refund (less 50 EUR administrative fee) until 1 July 2025. More details can be found on our Covid-19 Info page.
Data Protection
ATCONGRESS DUBLIN LIMITED will adhere to applicable data protection laws and always stores data sent to us in a secure manner as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
We will ensure that data processing only takes place in accordance with the terms of this Terms and Conditions.
ATCONGRESS DUBLIN LIMITED may store and process personal data via our servers located in Ireland, or any other country that provides suitable and adequate security measures to protect the data. Data will be transferred in accordance with the relevant data protection laws.
We retain the right to respond to legal requests as necessary. Please visit our Privacy Policy for further information on how we handle, store and use your data. By accepting our Terms and Conditions, you consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
ATCONGRESS DUBLIN LIMITED reserves the right to all intellectual property in relation to this website and the services provided. Use of the services does not give the user any ownership in the services, its content or any trademark or logo used on the website. Any information or material provided to us is on the basis of a non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual and royalty free licence to use such information and material in relation to the services we provide under our Terms and Conditions.
