We look forward to meeting you at the University College Dublin from 3 – 9 August 2025 for an enriching experience at the 13th International Alexander Technique Congress. Come and celebrate the diversity and expertise of the global Alexander Technique community, offering a variety of workshops, keynote speakers, and networking opportunities.
Early Bird Registration is now open, with significant savings available until 3 November 2024. This will be the largest gathering of teachers since the Berlin Congress in 2022.

Congress check in will be open on 3 Aug from 2.00-6.00pm with the Opening Keynote event at 7.00pm.
The Congress will close on the 9 Aug at 1.00pm.
You can no longer submit workshop proposals. We have had such a tremendous response that it will take a while to work through all the proposals submitted. Thank you!

Please read the instructions on how to book onsite accommodation at UCD first www.ucd.ie/stayatucd. UCD have agreed we get the same rate if you want to add a day before and after the Congress – you can book dates from 2 to 10 August 2025.
