YES, ABSOLUTELY!

Just find the flag symbol on top of each page, click on it, and select the flag that corresponds with your preferred language.

Please forgive the occasional awkward translation – we are using the Google Translate service for this. And as you know, it’s far from perfect, but you should always be able to understand everything.  If in doubt, just contact us with any and all questions!

Please check your Spam folder.

For some people, our emails and newsletters seem to arbitrarily get classified as spam/junk and directly moved to the Spam folder.

To avoid this, please add our email addresses info@atcongressdublin.com and admin@atcongressdublin.com to your address book and/or email “whitelists”.

Also, do not hesitate to contact us if you suspect an issue here.

Workshop submissions will be possible from 4 May until 3 Aug 2024 via an online form.

Thank you to every teacher who wishes to contribute. We will have many many workshops to choose from!

Workshops, Continuous Learning and most Congress events should be booked as then we can allocate rooms appropriately.
Most events have 25 spaces allocated. The Keynote and Plenary sessions don’t have to be booked as they will be in the large hall.

We have to make sure that maximum room occupancies are being observed and would like you to choose what you will be attending on your dashboard. We would advise you to be there a few minutes early before any event starts as we have a very full program and need to keep to time.

You can look at all the events you have chosen on you event list in your profile.

Continuous Learning classes and all workshops must be pre-booked. You can do that on your Registration dashboard.

As long as spaces are available you can change or delete your choices. If you are having difficulties, please email us,

We are sorry we do not offer those as we feel it is essential for the AT community that everyone commits to be fully present.

The Congress is open to everyone interested in the Alexander Technique. Although some of the events may only be suitable to the AT teachers and trainees, most are open to all curious and open-minded individuals. All event descriptions specify if they are suitable for teachers, trainees or everybody.

Everyone is welcome to register as a Regular Attendee.
