Workshop submissions will be possible from 4 May until 3 Aug 2024 via an online form.
Thank you to every teacher who wishes to contribute. We will have many many workshops to choose from!
Workshops (and all other Congress events, except Continuous Learning) are usually walk-in events.
This means you don’t need to book your spot. You just turn up.
However, we have to make sure that maximum room occupancies are being observed and would like you to choose what you will be attending on your dashboard. Anyhow, we would advise you to be there a few minutes early before the workshop starts as you may not get in if the room is full.
Continuous Learning are the only classes that must be pre-booked. You can do that on your Registration dashboard.

We are sorry we do not offer those as we feel it is essential for the AT community that everyone commits to be fully present.
The Congress is open to everyone interested in the Alexander Technique. Although some of the events may only be suitable to the AT teachers and trainees, many are open to all curious and open-minded individuals. All event descriptions specify if they are suitable for teachers, trainees or everybody.
Everyone is welcome to register as a Regular Attendee.
We recommend staying on the UCD campus. Other options are listed on the accommodation page.

You can always find your account login under Your Account on our main drop down menu (the three horizontal lines – the hamburger – in the top right-hand corner of each page).
