Teresa Turner

A classically trained musician with a BMus Degree in Piano and Double Bass, she specializes in incorporating her Alexander training into her music teaching. She uses her indirect approach and awareness to help injury prevention in her pupils and to work with stage fright, as well as to apply it to her own playing as a freelance orchestral musician. Teresa has given introductory workshops to various groups over the last number of years, including at the Irish National Suzuki Teachers conference, and the National Youth Orchestra of Ireland residential courses. Since 2020 Teresa has also been training with Peter Grunwald, to become a teacher of the Eyebody Method.
