Working with people living with pain

People living with pain often don’t want to be touched. They may not be able to sit, stand or lie down for very long, and even thinking may be difficult. Typical lesson activities may cause flare-ups. Does that mean that the Alexander Technique is not for them? Or is there a way of working that can be helpful? This workshop will explore approaches to working with people living with pain.
