The Art of Running

Take your understanding of use in walking and running to a new level and enjoy the practical benefits of this knowledge! Apply Alexander principles to walking and running with a view of thinking ‘outside the box’. This includes a consideration of movement in 3 planes, working with wedges and other external aids, and a re-framing of ‘the head leads and the body follows’.  All welcome, no previous experience or fitness level required.
