Can I still buy a ticket?

Yes you can, head to www.atcongressdublin.com and all our available passes and prices are listed here.

I know I can’t come for the whole week, what ticket should I buy?

We have a 2 or 3 day pass available, priced at €375 and €500 respectively. Please note you must come on consecutive days.

Is there an online only way to attend the Congress, if I can’t get there in person?

Yes we have an online offer, viewable till December 2025. This pass will provide you video footage of all the keynote and plenary sessions only, listed here. This is over 20 hours of Congress content.  It is not feasible for us to film all the Congress content given there are over 240 individual events!  The cost for this pass is €150.

I’m going to the Congress but am also interested to get the online pass, how do I do that?

You can also add an online pass to your actual Congress experience, if you wish to watch sessions again or perhaps already know you are due to miss sessions you want to see owing to scheduling clashes.  The cost for this is €50. This pass will provide you video footage of all the keynote and plenary sessions only, listed here. This is over 20 hours of Congress content.  It is not feasible for us to film all the Congress content given there are over 240 individual events!

All tickets and passes mentioned above are available to buy at www.atcongressdublin.com

How do I plan my schedule?

Make sure you have booked the events you wish to attend. You can go to relevant Events under the Program column or to your Events List in your profile to book or unbook your events.

If you’d still like to view or print off the overall timetable, you can do it here

You can search all events quickly under the Program menu with Full Event Search.  You can search by presenter, room number, building or title. You can also search by entering say ‘Monday workshop’ and also display in date or alphabetical order by clicking on the blue header bar.

You can find any classroom on the map under venue / location Classroom Locations

Please take care not to double book and also deselect any events you now do not intend to attend. That way places will be freed up for other attendees.

Print off your event list from your profile a couple of days before you travel, to ensure that you are up to date with the latest timetable. Due to presenter changes and technical issues UCD classrooms are liable to change. Our volunteer team will be on hand to navigate any changes!

On the evening of Wednesday, August 6th, a special Cabaret Night will take place as part of our congress. This event will be hosted and organized by Andrea Rohac. In memory of the wonderful Artist Night we recently experienced in Berlin, we would love to revive that experience. It will be a colorful, creative, and entertaining night where we can showcase our talents together and make the evening truly special.

This will be unique, as we have so many wonderful talents in our community. I hope you feel inspired and encouraged to showcase your special talent. We need your contributions! Whether musical, dance, singing, spoken word, magic, artistic, comedy, poetry – the more diverse, the better. Your creativity is essential to make this night unforgettable!

Please sign up with me so we can create a diverse and exciting show together. I am really looking forward to your contributions and to a fantastic evening with all of you! Warm regards, Andrea

Dublin Travel advice

If you plan to travel around a bit we recommend buying The Visitor Leap card on arrival at Dublin airport. In Dublin we we don’t yet have the “tap to pay” with bankcard system yet, and the Leap card is used instead. This can be used on buses, Luas (tram) and DART (train) services.

https://about.leapcard.ie/leap-visitor-card

These are best bought at Dublin airport as there aren’t that many places in town where you can buy them.

Arrival and checking in

I’m a presenter, what do I need to know to come prepared?

Please familiarise yourself in advance with the set up we have at the Congress.

Furniture: what you can expect

The furniture in classrooms can only be moved to the sides and not taken out. The classrooms are going to be used for multiple events over the week so can only be readjusted as they are used.  You should be able to arrange seating as you prefer for your session

Giving presentations using Audio Visual and Media equipment:

UCD classrooms have AV displays. However, you will need to bring your own PC laptop with HDMI connection or connector and cable for a Mac to use it. Make sure you check our picture below if you’re a Mac user, this is what is required!

What to bring – Data & Media files: Ensure that you have what you wish to present saved on your laptop, on a USB stick and online somewhere for back up; so we can avoid any last minute disasters!

YES, ABSOLUTELY!

Please check your Spam folder.

For some people, our emails and newsletters seem to arbitrarily get classified as spam/junk and directly moved to the Spam folder.

Workshops, Continuous Learning and most Congress events should be booked as then we can allocate rooms appropriately.
Most events have 25 spaces allocated. The Keynote and Plenary sessions don’t have to be booked as they will be in the large hall.

We have to make sure that maximum room occupancies are being observed and would like you to choose what you will be attending on your dashboard. We would advise you to be there a few minutes early before any event starts as we have a very full program and need to keep to time.

You can look at all the events you have chosen on you event list in your profile.

Continuous Learning classes and all workshops must be pre-booked. You can do that on your Registration dashboard.

As long as spaces are available you can change or delete your choices. If you are having difficulties, please email us,

2 and 3 day registration is now available. See www.atcongressdublin.com

The Congress is open to everyone interested in the Alexander Technique. Although some of the events may only be suitable to the AT teachers and trainees, most are open to all curious and open-minded individuals. All event descriptions specify if they are suitable for teachers, trainees or everybody.

Everyone is welcome to register as a Regular Attendee.

We recommend staying on the UCD campus. Other options are listed on the accommodation page.
