Wendy Waggener

She has taught a combination of violin and Alexander Technique at Oberlin Conservatory, the Colburn School, Montecito International Music Festival, Cleveland Institute of Music, Meadowmount School of Music, the National Cello Institute, and the Los Angeles Suzuki Institute. She earned degrees in Violin Performance from Oberlin Conservatory and New England Conservatory, along with a degree in anthropology from Oberlin College. She divides her time between an active private Alexander studio and a large private violin studio in Southern California and holds contract positions with several professional orchestras. Wendy is a supporting faculty member of the Contemporary Alexander School.
