Refia Sacks

Refia qualified in 1982 at the Alexander Teaching Associates and has taught there and at several other training courses throughout Britain, Ireland and South America. She has strong AT links in South Africa and is also a member of the South African Society. She has extensive experience in running groups, residential courses and has a private practice. Refia is also a professional silversmith and stained glass artist, both of which offer a contrast to how to use our hands in Alexander teaching, with both strength and delicacy, and still keeping our Alexander experience in mind.
