Michelle came to the UK from Australia as an arts graduate in the late ’80s.
She trained as an Alexander Technique teacher with Walter and Dilys Carrington at the Constructive Teaching Centre (CTC) from 1994 to 1997 and has been teaching at the Bloomsbury Alexander Centre in London since 1998.
Michelle regularly assists on the Teacher Training Course at CTC and has also been part of the Teacher Refresher Course team each summer since 2022.
She is looking forward to being part of CTC’s team at this year’s Congress, teaching the very wonderful classical approach to the Alexander Technique that was the hallmark of Walter and Dilys Carrington’s teaching and provides such a great foundation for teachers.
Michelle is also a keen cyclist and has run workshops on the Alexander Technique and cycling.
