Michael Stenning is the author of ‘Embodying Practice: A Guide for New Teachers of the Alexander Technique’.
He is a former orchestral musician turned Alexander Technique teacher, who teaches privately and trains teachers.
He has taught all over the world and offers professional development with an informal yet disciplined approach to both new and experienced teachers.
Michael taught at the Australian National University for many years and loves working with musicians and sportspeople.
Michael is a former Chair of the Australian Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique. When not teaching he delights in adventuring in the mountains.
Michael Stenning lives in Canberra, Australia.
