Since then, she has dedicated herself to teaching the Alexander Technique and has always been actively involved in training teachers. She began by assisting for three years on the training course at CTC before returning to her home country, Spain, where she became the main assistant on the training course in Madrid. In 2016, she founded her own training course, Centro de Enseñanza Constructiva.
Marta has also been a valued teacher on CTC’s annual summer refresher course, sharing her knowledge and passion with teachers looking to deepen their practice. In 2017, she translated Man’s Supreme Inheritance into Spanish and self-published it, making this foundational text more widely accessible.
Marta finds joy in hiking, cycling, dancing, and spending time in nature. She is an avid reader, loves exploring new places, and never misses an opportunity to enjoy good food.
Marta was part of the CTC team at the Berlin Congress in 2022 and is delighted to be joining them again in Dublin, sharing the classical Carrington approach that has shaped her teaching and training.
