Workplace Health Promotion with the Alexander Technique in the Swiss Chocolate Industry at Sprüngli

We will share insights on applying the Alexander Technique, paired with Priska Gauger Schelbert’s balance-time® concept, within a chocolate industry context.

This Workshop aims to equip Alexander Technique teachers with strategies for integrating body awareness, stress reduction, and health-promoting practices into a high-demand workplace. Through this approach, we demonstrate how the Alexander Technique, alongside balance-time® fosters well-being and resilience among employees. Participants will gain concrete tools and insights to support well-being and resilience among employees, demonstrating how these methods can enhance both personal health and productivity across various industries.
