Please come and look at posters to do with AT work. Your chance to talk to the presenters and inquire further into their work.

Posters by:

  1. FM Alexander Trust (a UK Charity) – New research grants on offer.
  2. Pause, observe, intend: A qualitative study exploring expert practitioners’ perceptions of how mindfulness and Alexander technique work synergistically to address stress – by Patrick Johnson, Gabriella Minnes Brandes, Victoria Door, Rajal Cohen.
  3. Unfettering the Notion of Psycho-Physical Unity – a triptych of posters by Lucia Walker & Sharyn West. They will provide resources (paper, crayons, attachment means etc) to enable attendees to express and add their responses into the display.
