This workshop is a safe and uplifting space to bring care to a subject that many struggle with silently. 

Just like the Alexander Technique, your capacity to create wealth is simple but not automatic. I am excited to share my practical expertise in service of co-creating a supportive culture around money, so that more of our teachers are thriving. 

We will 

*  soften wincing, freezing or shrinking about money into expansion

*  question whether marketing strategies are actually helping 

*  bring curiosity where we might be using “principle” against ourselves

* explore how financial sustainability underpins diversity and inclusivity: applying principle to breaking free from unsustainable patterns and support in prioritising your financial needs

*   connect Alexander Technique principles to your “business brain” (even if you don’t think you have one!) 

*   replace niggling traces of competition with celebration

Anna is an Alexander Technique teacher, performing artist and coach skilled at navigating difficult subjects and seeing individuals in their kind, intelligent brilliance. She loves to lift people up, and is motivated to liberate our profession toward a diverse, inclusive and thriving future.
