While in training he took many private and group T’ai Chi lessons from John Yalenezian (senior student of Master TT Liang) and also from Dr Chi Chiang Tao (senior student of Professor Cheng Man-Ch’ing), and has previously run many individual and group classes in Central London. He now teaches T’ai Chi online.
Also during the AT teacher training Walter Carrington introduced the Procedures created by Professor Raymond Dart who was a personal friend of Walter’s. Robin became fascinated by the Procedures and regularly met with Don and Carmen Burton, and Jean Clark to explore them. In 2018 his book, The Evolution of Movement which describes the connections of Dart work to AT, was published by Mouritz. He gives a weekly online group class in the Dart work plus individual Dart sessions online.
Robin has also written a complete set of summaries of Alexander’s four books, The Gold Dust in the Writings of FM Alexander, which has been well received.
Robin is also a keen Nordic Walker and goes out most days for a 4 km walk near his new place in Greece.
