Ruth Rootberg 

She recently became Co-Head of training at Alexander Technique Training South West in Devon, England. She now teaches privately in Amherst and on the training course when in Devon.

Her first two volumes of Living the Alexander Technique were published in 2015 and 2018. Volume III, Working on Yourself, debuts here in Dublin. Ruth has authored many articles on the Alexander Technique and was the first to win the Mouritz Award’s first place (2024).
