Jule Gartzke

She holds a MA in contemporary dance and qualified as a teacher of the Alexander Technique in 1998 after completing her teacher training with Chris Stevens and Nadia Kevan. Jule is a member of the German Society for the Alexander Technique ATVD (Alexander-Technik Verband Deutschland).

In parallel to her career as a dancer and actor for theatre and film, she teaches the Alexander Technique in her own private practice in Essen and Würzburg and conducts workshops and seminars for performers, singers and musicians at various universities for music and performing arts. From 2003-2005 Jule was a member of the board of directors of the ATVD and from 2005-2008 a director of the 8th International Congress of the F.M. Alexander Technique in Lugano, Switzerland.
