Enrique Gorostegi

Enrique’s first teacher in Los Angeles was Kosta Potamianos. Working with Kosta helped him to experience first-hand the enormous benefits of the Technique, and this inspired Enrique to train to become a teacher himself.

Since the pandemic Enrique has been operating an Alexander Technique practice in the Basque Country of Spain. His interest in dystonia began when a man in a dire situation from this condition came into his practice at the end of 2023.

In addition to his continuing work this student, Enrique offers individual lessons and Alexander Technique classes to companies and other groups.
