Alexandra Mazek

Alexandra Mazek holds a PhD in Agricultural Sciences and previously worked on an international development project. At the age of 27 she lost her voice due to spasmodic dystonia. This led her to the Alexander Technique. Alexandra is an Assistant at WAAT AT teacher training in Vienna. Applying the Alexander-Technique, she has witnessed remarkable outcomes for a condition deemed incurable, both in herself and in others. She is keen to share her experience with fellow AT teachers and scientists.
