Everyday Jazz: Kindness, Curiosity, Play

What happens when you centre kindness, curiosity and play as you integrate the Alexander Technique directly into what you do each day – for yourself and for your students? Weaving these elements deeply in your Alexander practice aligns with the neurology of how we are designed to learn, facilitating pleasurable experiences, as well as building constructive neural pathways, as we challenge ourselves through explorations we care about. Each day’s session actively intertwines theory with practical tools for developing your own process and your teaching practice.
