Whispered Ah and the Warrior
Come and learn Tian Xiao, a very short martial art form, practised by The European School of T’ai Chi Chu’an UK. This was taught to all the trainees at the City Alexander Technique School and incorporated the Whispered Ah as a variation.
Open to all – No previous experience necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for free movement and soft soled shoes or go barefoot.
