Did you know having a strong social media presence is as important as owning a website? Join Michael in this groundbreaking workshop on digital fluency to learn how to enhance your social media and website visibility.
Today’s audiences exhibit high levels of digital fluency and competency, spending over six hours a day on their computers and phones. As a result, they are skilled at recognizing credible professional websites and social media pages, and they have high expectations for professionalism and credibility. By establishing a strong digital footprint that highlights our professional skills and relevance, we can regain the attention and respect of both the public and the scientific community. Successful digital integration is vital for the long-term survival and growth of the Alexander Technique (AT).
In this workshop, Michael will guide participants on best practices for engaging with social media platforms and building their digital communities. Participants will gain skills and ideas to start their own digital projects. He will cover posting guidelines, etiquette, and strategies to enhance your branding. Specifically, he will help users improve their image composition and more accurately showcase their AT work. We will also explore how to create video “Reels” and strategies for building engagement within targeted communities. This class is designed for beginners as well as those with more experience in digital practices.
