Psychophysicality – or is it just about the hands?

Starting with the act of putting the hands on another person the workshop will explore the both the physical and psychological aspects of the process.

Peter Ribeaux has taught the Technique for over 50 years. He was co-director for thirty three years of an Alexander training course in London and remains a STAT and APTA moderator. He has been a university lecturer in organisational psychology but now works exclusively as an Alexander Teacher. All aspects of this multi-faceted Technique, in particular working out what it really was that Alexander discovered, fascinate him. He loves working with others to improve their work (and his own).
