How and Why to Start a Blog . . . and How to Sustain it

Do you struggle to answer your students’ tough (and interesting) questions with clear and concise language?  What about simply explaining the Alexander Technique to the public?  Are you able to in a way that engages and interests your audience?

A good teacher is a good explainer, but explaining things clearly does not come naturally to many of us. Any skill requires ongoing practice.  Writing regularly is a good way to work on your ability to explain things well, and one way to have a consistent writing practice is to commit to a blog.

This workshop is intended for any teacher or teacher trainee who wants to be a better and more confident explainer.  Through activities and discussion, we will examine the whys and hows of blogging as an Alexander teacher — and explore ways to set yourself up for continued blogging success.  Plus it’ll be fun. I promise!
