We will play with Alexander inspired movement games and explorations that I have found fruitful from experience working in the performing arts.

This workshop hopes to encourage ideas on working with actors who want to move, dancers who want to act, and is for anyone who welcomes the opportunity to explore movement coming easily from a creative improvisational place.

There will be interaction and the opportunity for contact if desired.
