Dart Procedures Applied to AT teaching
The Procedures developed by Professor Dart were taught to me in 1970 by Walter Carrington during my training. I have been employing several of them in my Alexander Technique lessons since I qualified. They provide ways of working with the Alexander principles that are valuable and accessible to pupils of the Technique and in effect expand the “vocabulary” of what AT lessons can offer.

Robin John Simmons
Robin trained with the Carringtons and qualified in 1971. In 1982 he began training AT teachers.
