In this workshop Nadia will introduce and explore some vital themes involved in becoming and being an Alexander Technique teacher. Applying a brief introduction to the Psycho-Physical Supporting Practice, the participants will work towards a clearer sense of self and purpose while teaching. The conscious use of the Supporting Practice for hands on work, for communicating with the voice, for developing presence, enables the participants to trust their senses and their intention. Nadia will use some of the beautiful writings by FM and the first-generation teachers to inspire and illustrate how she clarifies the mind, strengthens the intention and energizes the body for creative activity.
