Felicity was a hand standing, cart wheeling, leap frogging, hoola hooping, skipping and hop scotch playing child! Also jacks playing and many other ball games. Hence she has a big interest in co-ordination, joint flexibility and range of movement.

Felicity was an Occupational Therapist in the 1970s in the NHS for several years, working in neurology and general medicine, before becoming an Alexander Technique teacher.  She has had a full Alexander teaching practice for over 40 years in Bath, England and taught the specialist musicians at Wells Cathedral School in the 1980s, and worked at Hewlett Packard in the 1990s.  She ran CPD courses mainly on Inhibition in the 1990s.

Felicity is a traditional teacher and applies the principles in her teaching practice, in every day life and in how she is thinking and moving whilst playing tennis.  She is interested in exploring functional anatomy.
