Erica Donnison

Erica has a particular interest in helping people apply the technique to activities that they enjoy such as running, horse riding and cycling.

Erica Donnison is a member of The Poise Project UK team, having completed the training to deliver both the ‘Poised for Parkinson’s’ workshop curriculum for people living with Parkinson’s and their families, and the ‘Partnering with Poise’ workshop curriculum for family care partners.

Erica is interested in research and in the science behind the technique. She is a member of the STAT Research Group and one of the team behind the Alexander Studies Online project.
